Reflection Reminders

**No late entries will be accepted** *Please submit entries to Council in a portfolio*

Before submitting your entries, please review the following questions:

• Are your Student Entry Forms Completed?
• Are the required signatures documented?
• Has the required Artist Statement been completed?
• Has the Reflections Chair fully completed the Local Unit Information on the bottom of the Student Entry Form?
• Have you completed the 1^st Place Entry Form for submission?
• Have you completed the Local Unit Participation Form for submission?
