This information was inadvertently omitted from the December/January VB Council newsletter. Congratulations to the following units who were presented with the Local Unit Standards Award at 2009 Convention. This award is presented to units that fulfilled the requirements of the Local Unit Standards form and returned the form to state by the June 15th deadline. Your certificate is with the Tidewater District Director and will be ponied to you in January with the district newsletter. Congratulations!
